Below is how we roll with deliveries and downloads for all three.

🧠 Digital Products

The majority of SushiRoll Creatives products are instant digital downloads—like PNG packs, clipart bundles, and magical printable freebies. Here's the scoop:

• 🚫 No physical item will be shipped unless otherwise stated

• 📥 Files are available immediately after purchase through the platform used (Wix, Gumroad, etc.)

• ✉️ Having download drama? Hit us up at vaultkeeper@sushirollcreatives.com and we’ll manually send it faster than Chad chases glitter mice.

📦 Physical Products

Essences of Embers and Pink Healing Stone handle all things tangible—shirts, mugs, crystal sets, and curated merch. These items are shipped via:

• Print-on-demand partners (like Printify and Zazzle)

• Direct fulfillment from our home warehouse (aka The Glitter Forge)

Processing Time

• 2–5 business days for most standard orders

• 5–10 business days for custom or made-to-order items

Shipping Time

• 🇺🇸 U.S. orders: Usually arrive in 5–10 business days after processing

• 🌎 International orders: Arrival time may range from 2–4 weeks depending on customs, dragons, and postal vibes

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your item(s) and delivery location

• Free shipping promos may apply to specific items or order totals

🧭 Tracking Info

• If your item includes tracking, we’ll email it to you once it ships

• If it’s been a while and your item hasn’t shown up, double-check your shipping address or local post office before contacting us

🐉 Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for:

• Postal service delays

• Incorrect addresses entered by customers

• Mail-devouring dragons (though we’re working on a treaty)

BUT, if your item still hasn’t arrived after:

• ⏳ 30+ days (International)
